The Christmas holidays are approaching, and although it is tempting to devote yourself to overeating and slipping into a vegetative state, we mustn’t forget the inevitable Christmas party. Suddenly your main priority becomes your outfit, the perfect look for the night. You don’t have to rack your brains and scour the shops in vain for a week, all to end up wearing something old and tired; your ideal options are already listed below.

White

No, white clothes are not just worn during summer. That’s a myth. White looks beautiful in winter too. It evokes the image of snow and can give you a sweet and innocent look. White dresses, jumpsuits with open backs, shorts and blouses — whatever be your preference, it will look amazing. You will definitely be the vision of the night.

Sequins

Sequins will never be out of fashion. Shiny outfits are made for parties, holidays and a festive atmosphere. To be in trend, choose the metallic ones such as gold and dark grey colours. Dresses look especially good in these colours, but a tunic with black leather leggings and high heels would be equally magnificent.

Leather

Leather skirts and dresses are a fashion trend this autumn and winter and are definitely good choices for a Christmas party. A slinky black leather dress is a perfect option for a slim figure. For a curvier body type, a waistline skirt can be a pretty and flattering alternative. Wear one with a translucent blouse and striking high heels of any colour.

Accessories

This season is all about accessories. Don’t be afraid to overdo them. Several bracelets and rings on one hand and a pair of nice earrings can nicely complement any outfit. However, if you choose to wear a necklace, pair it with a single ring to avoid  looking overloaded.

Christmas jumpers

If you’re fed up with high heels and short dresses, wear something different. Embody the festive mood with a pair of shorts and a Christmas jumper. The shops are full of these in all colours and prints: Santa, Rudolf, Christmas trees, snowbound streets, etc. The choice is up to you! Black tights, shorts and a pair of Uggs can create a really cozy Christmas look. This is especially comfy if you are celebrating with your family in the warmth of the house!

Translucent dress

Put the usual party-style mini-skirts and mini-dresses to one side and consider wearing one with a translucent bottom part. It’s like your favourite mini but not as provocative. Polka dot, lace, feathers, rhinestones, etc.- choose a dress with a beautiful texture and decoration and you will definitely stand out. Lace patterns on your dress will be sure to attract all eyes as well.

Follow these tips and enjoy being the most gorgeous and fashionable one at the Christmas party!
